This is an excellent exercise programme. I followed the 30 day programme and have noticed that I am now more toned, more fit and weigh less. The games are fun and there is a lot of variety which stops you getting bored. I feel that I have really worked out by the end of each session and am highly motivated by the calorie count. I have since progressed to More Workouts and like this even better. Much more variety and warm up and cool down sessions too. I recommend this programme to everyone and will continue to use it with pleasure.

Firsly, this is a great workout and I love the on-screen calories burned ticker and progress information, it's motivating and helps to monitor your achievements. However, you're forever swapping nunchucker from leg strap to arm, then putting it back for the next exercise, only to have to remove it for the one after that etc. It gets very boring! And the leg strap keeps falling down in the running exercises. Still, it's a LOT cheaper than Wii sports, and ideal for someone like me who's just not fit yet!

Excellent game although personally I not sure fun is the correct work although I have to admit even though I am exhausted at the end it does what it says on the box. Maybe in time I will find it easier and then will class it as fun.

Excellent game, work outs are brilliant. Have only been using it for 4 days and am very impressed with the level of workout and i cant wait for my next workout day! I wish i had bought this sooner. Only thing i wish it had like some other wii games is the weight and bmi monitor. Cannot fault it otherwise.
Buy this if your looking for a good work out you can do at home!

I bought this to do alongside my healthy-eating plan and I have to say I am thoroughly enjoying it. There are a whole host of exercises to keep you interested, encouragement from the trainer and you can take off any exercises you aren't keen on, choose the intensity and you get rest days too.
I have to say that I couldn't move on days two and three, although I still did the exercises - I think my muscles were in shock as they hadn't been used for some time! I am making quick progress though and still enjoying it - dare I say looking forward to it?!
My daughter, who never holds back on her opinion of my figure, says I have "definitely shrunk" so this is good news!
I feel firmer and livlier and would recommend this highly - 100 times better than Fitness Coach!
